Where Art Meets Nature
Dix Park is a place where creativity thrives, where art invites us to see the world—and the park—differently. The Master Plan promised that arts and culture would play an important role in the future of the park. We're delivering on that promise by bringing bold, inspiring, and thought-provoking artistic experiences to Dix Park. Through public art installations, artist residencies, and creative collaborations, we’re building a cultural landscape that reflects the spirit of this place and the people who bring it to life.

Artist in Residence Program at Dix Park
Thanks to a gift from the Carlyle Adams Foundation, the Dix Park Conservancy in partnership with Raleigh Arts is thrilled to launch our inaugural Artist in Residence Program.
Nestled in the newly renovated Physician’s House at Dix Park, this one-year residency invites artists passionate about environmental art and land stewardship to create inspiring, sustainable works that engage and enrich the local community.
Dix Park Conservancy Art Task Force
The Art Task Force is a dedicated group of art professionals and community leaders who guide the vision and implementation of art projects within Dix Park. Their expertise ensures that the park’s art program is inclusive, innovative, and reflective of our diverse community.
